If people no longer expect objectivity from their political and legal systems, then all justice will be reduced to a power struggle between conflicting and irreconcilable perspectives, a struggle in which the most dominant and pervasive bias will replace fair and impartial process as the character of justice. But if objectivity in law and politics is everywhere supplanted by conflict between subjective interests, then the side of economic privilege and established authority will always retain dominance. A society in which people no longer expect representatives of its major institutions even to attempt to render objectivity in their professional demeanours is a society whose major institutions are in a crisis of ethical legitimacy. In such a society, there is wide spread cynicism regarding the possibility of fair political process because it seems impossible that impartial, unbiased dispositions could exist to enact such processes.

“Unrestricted Warfare,” detailing a concept they describe as “warfare which transcends all boundaries and limits.”
"We believe that some morning people will awake to discover with surprise that quite a few gentle and kind things have begun to have offensive and lethal characteristics."
"Here are some examples (among many) of the sorts of “unrestricted warfare”: resources warfare (grabbing riches by plundering stores of resources); cultural warfare (leading cultural trends along in order to assimilate those with different views); and international law warfare (seizing the earliest opportunity to set up regulations)…."
By the Chinese definition of "Unrestricted Warfare" it's clear they are waging war on us.
China Hacks India’s Defense Ministry
"Thousands of confidential government files were compromised, such as Indian state security intelligence, and information on surface-to-air missile and radar programs from the Defense Research and Development Laboratory."
Strategic commander worried about cyber attacks on nuclear command and control
"Alexander said he is also worried about the commercial electric power and communications grids as a “source of concern” by foreign powers seeking to conduct cyber attacks against U.S. nuclear forces."
Cyber and nuclear attack greater threat than terrorism ever was
"Asked to imagine a worst-case scenario cyber-attack on the US, General Alexander said a software failure across the US could knock out power networks for an extended period throughout the country, and cause more damage and disruption than the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York."

" Beijing is now a major financial partner in Hollywood, a place where money has always trumped art, let alone truth. Communist China will now take a direct hand in the manufacturing of what American audiences see. "" The main goal is to desensitize the American people to Communist China's growing military power, outright aggression against its neighbors, and the continuing brutal oppression of its own people. "
" These are also developments which China's smiling Communist elite do not want Americans to think about. We are to think of the Peoples Republic in terms of valuable business partners and graceful practitioners of Tai Chi. "

" Since then, the administration – including the president himself and his nominee to lead the CIA, John Brennan – has been repeatedly asked whether this authority extends to US soil, i.e., whether the president has the right to execute US citizens on US soil without charges. In each instance, they have refused to answer. "The Missing Recovery
" Foreign hires are not additions to the work force, but replacements. The corporations force their American employees to train the foreigners, and then the American employees are discharged. Obviously, if skilled employees were in short supply, they would not be laid off. Moreover, if the skills were in short supply, salaries would be bid up, not down, and the 36% of those who graduated in 2011 with a doctorate degree in engineering would not have been left unemployed. The National Science Foundation’s report, “Doctorate Recipients From U.S. Universities,” says that only 64% of the Ph.D. engineering graduates found a pay check. "" By focusing on the bottom line at all costs, corporations are destroying the US consumer market. Offshoring jobs reduces labor costs and raises profits, but it also reduces domestic consumer income, thus reducing the domestic market for the corporation’s products. For awhile the reduction in consumer income can be filled by the expansion of consumer debt, but when consumers reach their debt limit sales cannot continue to rise. The consequence of jobs offshoring is the ruination of the domestic consumer market. "
" To sum up, the corporations’ focus on the bottom line has disconnected US incomes from the production of the goods and services that the American people consume, thus weakening and ultimately destroying the domestic consumer market. The Fed’s focus on saving banks, which mindless deregulation allowed to become “too big to fail,” has created a bond market bubble of negative real interest rates and a dollar bubble in which the dollar’s exchange rate has not declined in keeping with the large increase in its supply. Both the corporations and the Fed have created a stock market bubble based on profits obtained from labor arbitrage (the substitution of cheaper foreign labor for US labor) and from banks speculating with the money that the Fed is providing to them.
This situation is untenable. Sooner or later something will pop these bubbles, and the consequences will be horrendous. "
Growth, Debt and Trade
" The current economic model assumes that perpetual growth is possible on our fragile and finite planet. This economic model is dependent on consumption and the waste that accompanies consumption means that most of what we buy is cheap and ends up in our waste streams within six month of purchase. The economy is financed by debt and debt levels are unsustainable and growing. Virtually all levels of government, individuals and families carry too much debt compared to their income. The globalized economy was made possible by cheap fossil fuels and globalized trade. Fossil fuels are no longer cheap and most countries’ economies are contracting.
BC Greens will work with British Columbians to plan for and transition to an economy based in place and community where trade is local and based in durable goods and services. "

Buchanan: World turns to Nationalism
" How does the Chinese Communist Party justify control of all of China’s institutions today — economic, political, military and cultural? If Marxism is mocked behind closed doors by a new economic elite and tens of millions of Chinese young, what can cause the nation to continue to respect and obey a Communist Party and its leaders, besides the gun?
The answer of Europe in the 1930s is China’s answer today.
Nationalism, tribalism, patriotic war if necessary, will bring the masses back. If the Chinese nation is being insulted, if ancestral lands are occupied by foreigners as in olden times, the people will rally around a regime that stands up for China. Nationalism will keep Chinese society “under control while you go forward.” "

" Having dominated East and Southeast Asia for all but the last two centuries of the past two millennia, China is chafing at the current US-led regional order of sovereign states, in which even the smallest enjoys the same rights, privileges, and protection as the largest. Modern China has benefited enormously from this arrangement; nonetheless, there is keen resentment that the Chinese civilization-state’s vast achievements over several thousand years offer China no special status.Internet Sleuths Add Evidence to Chinese Military Hacking Accusations

" According to Abe, relations between China and Japan have been suffering due to unintended consequences of moves by the Communist Party of China to retain its legitimacy. China’s economic opening led to unequal prosperity, eliminating the Party’s main pillar of support, equality. To counter that, the Chinese government pursued a two-prong strategy of economic growth and patriotism. Economic growth required Beijing to expand its sourcing of commodities, moving China naturally onto the sea. Meanwhile, patriotism, tinged with anti-Japanese teaching, has come to pervade the educational system and society.Abe argued that China is pursuing a path of coercion or intimidation, particularly in the East and South China seas, as part of its resource-acquisition strategy. Anti-Japanese undercurrents in Chinese society due to the inculcation of patriotism have won domestic support for the assertive Chinese actions. "

300 Canadian Applicants, 0 Hired
People of the world, don't let this happen to your country.
We must create a strong democracy that is capable of both defending itself from any world power, and defending the civil liberties that make our society worth fighting for. Our freedom is attacked by land and sea. By corporate traitors and foreign tyrants. The National defense of our peoples, is the common cause of humanity. May one day compassion replace greed as the governing force of the universe. May one day the cultural degradation of our soul be replaced by renewed vigor of will to defend the ancient code. The wise man built his house upon the rock.

Harper OKs China Nexen Takeover - Madarin a job requirement - ITU Global Control
Just as Chairman Harper gives away another huge patch of Canadian territory to his Communist backers he calls a press conference to say:
"When we say that Canada is open for business, we do not mean that Canada is for sale to foreign governments,'' Harper said at a hastily called news conference.
Ok, so you tell the people that you don't like want foreign governments controlling Canadian resources, right after you announce that you have approved a 15 billion dollar takeover of Canadian territory by the Communist Chinese regime. There is a big difference between what you say and what you do Chairman. If you were really concerned about foreign control, why did you just ok the deal.
No consultation, do debate, just an announcement after parliament goes home for the weekend.

The most damaging things happening to Canada are the things you cannot see
"I have been increasingly alarmed by what I think is a fundamental re-structuring of the internal workings of government. It is hard to create public awareness of the issue because it requires a very boring dissertation on how things used to be.
Other things that make me think the government is not functioning as it should come from many conversations I have had with Ministers in Cabinet. Without betraying personal conversations, it has been clear to me over and over again, that they do not know what is going on in their departments.
My sense is that decisions are made by Stephen Harper alone. He dispatches orders directly to the Clerk of Privy Council, who sends instructions to the Deputy Ministers. The Ministers are handed the talking points to explain decisions they didn’t make."

"With most of the world’s attention focused on the realignment of the “Arab Spring,” Islamists and the latest Hamas-Israeli conflict, China continues its aggressive island imperialism in both the South China and East China seas with its illegal territorial claims. China Investment Vs. Canadian Democracy
The basic idea is that political repression is a cost on human society. So much human potential lost because some crazy dictator somewhere thought that personal power over human society is worth more than human life. We now have a communist dictatorship expanding it's power over the world.
Under chinese communist rule none of us will be safe. We not only resist for the principals of freedom, democracy and love for one another, we resist for the sake of our very existence.
Canada is a primary target of the regime, they have their sights set on the resources.
Understand that this regime has killed millions of it's own people, they will have no mercy for us.
Harper Government encourages the use of Chinese state owned Huawei technology in Canadian communications networks.
National security concerns raised over Huawei technology used by Telus, Bell, and Wind.
CBC covered this one. I guess that why Harper hates Canadian Public Television so much.
Van Cleave says the intelligence community fears digital “back doors” could be hidden in the telecommunications networks, allowing spies to steal American and Canadian secrets and ultimately disrupt everything from public utilities to military operations in the event of international conflict. It was revealed last month Public Safety Canada warned foreign telecom ownership is a ‘considerable risk’. It was only last year the Federal Government was target in a cyber attack originating from China, that compromised computers within the Finance, Treasury Board and Defence Research departments. The CBC obtained documents that revealed hackers stole large amounts of classified data before the systems were taken offline.
(Did any of you catch the news that for the past 5 years or so Canada has left the door wide open to Chinese cyber attacks. Apparently our cyber security team only works 9 - 5 Ottawa Time. Here's one Link to the National Post coverage.
"but the centre has yet to operate on a 24/7 basis as originally intended, auditors found. The government has committed to expanding hours of operation to 15 hours a day"
Here's another link, The Canadian Governments 40 hour cyber security work week.
Did you here Vic Toews excuse, technology has changed so fast we can't keep up.
Another link cbc.
Currently, the U.S. and Australia has barred Huawei from bidding on major telecom contracts in their respective countries, on the notion the Chinese firm poses a potential security threat. Some have accused Huawei of being engaged in espionage for the Chinese government, which the company has denied."
Have you seen this: Canadian and Chinese governments meet in secret, will not spill the details.
Why will the government not tell us what hell is going on.
How many alarm bells need to sound before you realize we are being targeted.

B.C. Legislature protest illegal Canada China Trade Deal
The Harper Signed Trade Agreement is Illegal.
The Canada-China Investment Treaty Cannot be Ratified Without Provinces’ Approval
OTTAWA – With only 9 days to go before the Harper Conservatives can legally ratify the Canada-China Investment Treaty, the Green Party of Canada wants to emphasize the fact that ratification without proper consultations with provincial governments is contrary to the Constitution. That was the point of view of a Special Committee on the Multilateral Agreement on Investment created by the British Columbia Legislature in 1998. Its December 29th report stated that:
- “It must be emphasized that provincial governments are not simply another set of ‘stakeholders’ to be consulted by the federal government en route to treaty signature and implementation. Under the Canadian constitution, the federal government is incapable of unilaterally implementing international treaty obligations in areas that fall within provincial jurisdiction. Nor is it acceptable for the federal government to use its treaty-making powers to do an end run around the federal-provincial division of powers or in a way that diminishes Canadian federalism and democracy.
- “How is it that the federal government can expose provincial measures to binding international arbitration without the province's consent? [...] Who will pay if a provincial measure is found to violate the federal government's treaty obligations?”
- “In the committee's view, if the federal government fails to gain the express consent of the Legislative Assembly, then the Province must vigorously defend its authority on behalf of all British Columbians.”
“The Treaty pays lip service to provincial authority by stating that provincial and
territorial representatives were ‘updated’ on the progress of the negotiations with China and ‘did not express any opposition to the Agreement.’ What kind of Federal government is Harper’s? An ‘update’ does not meet the federal obligations under the Constitution,” added the Green Leader.
“The provinces should be very worried of having Harper signing this without their consent. We have attempted to reach premiers across Canada. We now have 9 days to prevent Harper’s Conservatives’ attack on our democracy,” concluded May.

On Wednesday Aug. 15 "Henley-Putnam Examines the Occupy Wall Street Movement"

A threat to public safety?
Obscure Information we gather like this is important because it reveals two things.
1) The narrative that various interest groups want us to believe.
2) Can reveal what certain people believe, how they think/ their worldview.
Over the course of many years you must gather a lot of information to form a bigger picture of what is going on around you. The men in black call this situational awareness. A clear picture, broad in scope will allow you to operate more effectively.
My concern is that those in power are framing legitimate political discourse as criminal behavior, that requires the all seeing eye of the intelligence agencies. We all saw how misrepresented Occupy was in the corporate press. We are culturally being engineered to accept a big brother society. Recently stories have been circulating the mainstream press expressing the view that not having a Facebook account is a red flag that should be viewed with suspicion.
Some employers and psychologists say staying away from social media is 'suspicious'
Are People Who Don’t Use Facebook Psychopaths?
People Without Facebook Accounts Are 'Suspicious.'
Weather it be the shutdown of the Occupy protests or the Battle in Seattle, we see a recurring pattern of corporate elites using their hired guns (government) to prevent much needed social change. Sure its not as bad on this continent as it is in china...... yet. You have to ask yourself why did the people in charge outsource the economy to china. We all know where this is going, people are catching on and getting restless.
A source informed me that discontent is rising among the Alberta tar-sands workers. Its expressed in the subversive graffiti on the bridges and by the Atlantic accented tongues of the unhappy migrant workers who find themselves living in "The Mack". Their is no love lost between the people who actually do the hard work and those who make it harder. They don't want to build a pipeline to china, they want to refine it here and create jobs for the Canadian people. I suppose the Powers that be will soon deem it necessary to keep an eye on them too. Maybe they already have it covered. It will be hard to portray hardworking oil company employees as lazy irresponsible hippies. Maybe they will just portray the dissenters as dangerous drug addicts. (Occupy Vancouver Incident)
Who are you more afraid of, a Citizen with Ideas, or the Globalists in your Government.
In the end no matter how they try to spin the story, we all know who the real threat to public safety really is.

Conservatives Declare War on Canada

People have been asking why the government has been using your hard earned tax dollars to build massive new prison complexes when the crime rate has been dropping for decades.
After the China deal, and the new police state measures, I think its becoming clear.
This is big. Powerful lobbyists, working with their allies in government, have put forward what amounts to an unavoidable choke point for your Internet use: two bills aimed at Internet users, and a government decision about the future of Internet access.
If we don’t stop this set-up, you’ll have to deal with bigger bills, widespread warrantless surveillance, and restricted choice.
By signing an OpenMedia.ca petition, you helped push back against new Internet restrictions and Big Telecom price-gouging.
These three imminent threats will create an Internet choke point for Canadians, and they’re unfolding right now:
Online Spying: The government has tabled their invasive spying plan (Bill C-30) to mandate that every Internet provider must hand "authorities" access to the private information of any Canadian, at any time, without a warrant. Despite appearances the contrary, they are still pushing this through parliament.
The Internet Lockdown: Through Bill C-11, Big Media lobbyists are seeking the power to compel telecom providers (who will now have surveillance capabilities) to cut Internet access for no good reason, remove or hide vast swaths of the Internet, and lock users out of their own services.
The Cell Phone Squeeze: Big Telecom giants are lobbying the government to turn over control of mobile communications—which experts say are the future of Internet access—to just three giant companies. This will lead to rising prices, even worse customer service, and more easily controlled surveillance.
